How long does it take to make my film?

Turn around is 7- 10 days.

Can I see an example of your work?

Yes of course, we don’t host people’s private videos on this site but if you contact us through info@lifein3minutes.com we can send you a link to some recent films.

Where and how is my data stored?

Any files that you send will be stored offline on our private encrypted server. When the project is complete we can delete your data within 30 days or keep a back up (offline) incase you want to reorder or reversion your film.

What if I want to change the edit?

One round of changes is included in the standard £395 price. You’ll be sent a water marked reviewing copy of the film so that you can suggest changes. Then you’ll receive the final version with water mark for final approval. Once we receive full payment you’ll be sent the final clean copy of the film.

What’s a watermark?

A watermark is an image or word burnt into the film, it stops people from using our review copies before we’re paid for the work!

Can I request a different length or type of film?

Yes of course. Consult our price list for different options, or feel free to ask for a bespoke approach and we’ll negotiate an appropriate fee.

Will you use my film on your website?

Absolutely not. We never use anyone’s footage or the resulting film unless we obtain written permission from you. Check out our Terms of Service for more detail.

What’s the deal with the music?

We will edit to the music of your choice, please be as specific as possible. We can give you guidance on music licensing if you want to share the film publically.
