1. Our Service

Life in 3 Minutes produces bespoke, 3-minute edited films using materials you provide. Each film includes colour grading, your chosen music track, and delivery in HD format.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Own the rights to the materials you submit, or have written permission to use them.

• Obtain written consent from parents/guardians for any identifiable minors.

• Ensure submitted content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

3. Delivery & Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days after receiving all materials and payment. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

4. Revisions

One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled within 24 hours and before work begins are eligible for a full refund. Refunds after editing begins are at our discretion.

6. Data Protection

We handle your files in line with our Privacy Policy storing them securely and deleting them 30 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
